One year after his death - and 8 years after he left office - 59% of Albertans still considered "Ralph" Alberta's BEST Premier since 1985 [click here for source].
It's now been 10 years - March 29, 2013 - since Ralph's death, and that support appears to still be there among Albertans - who were around at that time.
One of the reasons I admired Ralph was for his "straight-talking" ways.
