It was fascinating to see what happened to some of the people he met in his first documentary.
In particular, the overweight long-haul truck driver who made some changes in his life.
If you are looking for a realistic and practical approach to getting healthy,
then these two DVD docs are for you.
The first film is more America-centric, but that changes in the 2nd film when he makes stops in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Joe Cross does a standup job of being just a "bloke"
who did something about his own health related problems.
