And, YES you can vote for "nobody"
in Canada's next Federal Election
and it will be officially counted - as a "rejected ballot."
Here's HOW and WHY >>>
Why would YOU - living here in Alberta -Vote "No" to Canada?
But first,
take the "blinders" off,
open your mind,
and read:
"Is Canada playing institutional victim games with Albertans?"
#1
Vote "NO"
even if you
haven't bothered
voting before.
Sitting at home basically says
to our so-called rulers
that you will submit
to everything they say
- without any argument.
Voting "NO" means
you are still free
from the constraints
of actually caring who wins.
In fact, don't you
- yourself -
want to win instead?
2. Vote "NO" even if you have voted conservative for as long as you can remember. No longer can "they" - the party people - play "victim games" (Eg. "you gotta vote for us or Notley or Trudeau will win). Who cares which party "supposedly wins? What have the "federal" conservatives ever done for Albertans in comparison to other parts of Canada?
3. Vote "NO" even if you have religiously voted "other than" conservative. How many times can you remember these parties actually acting in the best interests of Albertans rather than the best interests of other Canadians? Are you willing to lose your standard of living while others in your same political party - in very different and more southern and condensed circumstances - lecture you on Alberta's ability to diversify quickly?
4. This is YOUR * ULTIMATE * PROTEST * ACTION. Imagine what would happen when over 50% of Albertans in each riding vote "NO." There would be no arguments over "political polling samples." There would be no "obscuring" of how Albertans really feel towards Canada - as a country.
5. Albertans account for only 34 out of 338 seats in Canada's parliament. Only one election of one majority government (2011) ever depended on Albertans' votes. Looking back, have Albertans gained or lost from their relations with the Government of Canada.
6. Canada is Rigged. Under the current system (or any system for that matter), Albertans need the agreement and support of "other" Canadians - who benefit off the backs of Albertans - to make things more fair for Albertans. To find out just how "rigged" Canada really is click here >>> https://jaybortnik.blogspot.com/2019/05/canada-is-rigged.html
7. Albertans continue to pay billions more in taxes than they receive back in Canadian federal spending, services, and benefits. By last count, $661 BILLION since 1961 >>> https://jaybortnik.blogspot.com/2019/04/611-billion.html
8. Albertans interests (economic, geographic, even cultural) differ widely from the interests of many other Canadians >>> Albertan ((is the true)) Northern Superstar >>> WATCH this video >>> https://youtu.be/jf9O0Juflr0
9. Albertans have a long and storied history of going voting against the grain. Alberta had governing political parties such as "United Farmers of Alberta" and "Social Credit" for decades. In fact, that contrarian (but now not so agrarian) attitude has remained. Within the last year or so, 43-54% of Albertans believe that the "so-called" West should go it alone.
10. The so-called covid lockdown measures of each province show that Alberta and Albertans (and their government) differ widely from other areas of Canada. For example, Quebec implements a curfew and Ontario has stay at home restrictions while in the same few days Alberta loosens its restrictions allowing hair salons to open again. And of course, Wikipedia outlines the international perspective of voting for "nobody":
